“I’ve made so much progress the past year with Sarah’s support. In 2020, my focus is to turn my progress into my forever lifestyle. I’ve 1st hand have seen the impact food, a healthy mindset, and exercise can have on my body and life. In early 2019, I decided to take steps to help my thyroid issues and being healthier. I focused on stress management, sleep, and food to help my thyroid and hormones. I saw my lab results change month after month. This year I want these focus areas to become lasting and my forever embedded in my life. I’ll be 40 this year and it’s time to stop the roller coaster relationship I’ve had with food and getting down on myself. I can’t wait to see what amazing things we accomplish in 2020.
